Key Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathology license; CCC certification required Previous experience in school-based SLP roles strongly preferred Comfortable providing services to students from kindergarten through high school, with a primary focus on elementary ages Strong organizational and time-management abilities to balance caseload and documentation Effective communication and collaboration skills when working across three school sites Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students, evaluating and delivering individualized therapy services Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with a multidisciplinary team Utilize evidence-based treatment methods to address articulation, language, fluency, and other communication needs Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and regular documentation in alignment with school and district guidelines Engage with families and teachers to support generalization of speech-language skills in everyday settings Participate in team meetings, trainings, and school-based activities as needed Enjoy a balanced schedulefull-time at 37.5 hours per week or the flexibility of part-timewith the opportunity to truly make a difference.
