Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting. This full-time, onsite contract role offers the chance to make a tangible impact in the lives of young learners, fostering their communication skills and academic success. Ideal candidates demonstrate passion for working with children and excel in collaborative school environments. You'll work hand-in-hand with teachers, families, and other professionals to create effective, engaging interventions tailored to elementary students' individual needs. Utilize your SLP-CCC expertise to inspire growth and confidence in those you serve.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience in an educational or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to adapt therapy plans for a diverse elementary student population
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic services to elementary-aged students onsite Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs and school guidelines Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations as required Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student progress Document student performance data and maintain thorough records Attend team meetings and contribute to educational planning for students' overall success This position offers the satisfaction of meaningful student interaction in a supportive school culture.
