e2138-57532 Job Description Take your passion for supporting young learners and apply your expertise in pediatric speech-language therapy in this unique, full-time, on-site role. Work closely with school-aged students, fostering communication skills that will benefit them for a lifetime. This opportunity is open to new graduates at the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) stage as well as those with their ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), making it a perfect match whether you are a seasoned professional or just launching your career. Essential Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain) Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or qualifying for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or strong interest in pediatric care within educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a pediatric, school-based population Develop and implement individual education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports to track student development Provide guidance to families and staff, supporting generalization of skills across settings Utilize evidence-based practices to promote the highest quality of care
