Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience working in educational settings with children or adolescents preferred Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings Collaborate closely with teachers, administration, and parents/guardians to support student IEP goals and monitor progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with state and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and team planning Provide consultation and resources to support school staff in implementing classroom strategies Stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices and continuing education requirements Working in a school community offers the rewarding opportunity to help young learners achieve confidence in communication and improved success in their educational journey.
