Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a meaningful role as a Speech-Language Pathologist providing comprehensive services to elementary-aged students. This full-time opportunity offers a 37.5-hour workweek with coverage for schools near Chattanooga, TN. Hours will typically fall between 7:15 a.m. and 4:15 p.m., and there is potential to tailor the schedule for greater flexibility to fit your personal needs. Ideal candidates should bring professional expertise and a passion for making a difference in young learners' lives. Your assignments will include a variety of elementary school populations, supporting their communication and development goals from now through May 21, 2026.
Key Qualifications:
Current Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Strong background in therapy and evaluation with the elementary age group Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary team meetings Commitment to maintaining accurate records and compliance standards
Core Responsibilities:
