Speech Language Pathologist (Private School-Based and/or Clinic-Based)
Job Description
Responsibilities School-Based Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 speech-language evaluations and therapy services within a private school setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' communication needs and functional goals Collaborate closely with teachers, RBTs, OTs, and other school staff to support students' communication and participation throughout the school day Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and other required clinical records Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality, ethical, and student-centered care Provide consultation, education, and support to teachers, RBTs, and other educational staff to help promote carryover of communication skills across the school environment Contribute to the development and continued growth of the school-based speech-language program Clinic-Based Responsibilities (Optional): Provide evaluations and treatment in a pediatric outpatient setting Collaborate with OT, PT, and feeding therapists using a multidisciplinary approach Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Educate and coach families to support carryover at home Maintain thorough documentation and billing compliance Support a positive, team-focused clinic culture What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license (or eligibility) ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs welcome to apply) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently Team player who contributes positively to clinic and school culture Why Join Stepping Stones Therapy?
