We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN. Assess and evaluate patients' speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs within scope of practice and in coordination with the healthcare team. Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with physicians and caregivers. Provide patient and family education to promote participation in therapy. Must hold a valid state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for home visits.
