- CFY, or SLPA credentials Background in school-based speech therapy, pediatric care, or teletherapy strongly preferred Knowledge and application of best practices for elementary-aged caseloads Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), progress monitoring, and collaborating with educators and families Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills Adaptable to diverse student needs and therapy delivery modes (in-person or virtual) Key duties and responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students as assigned Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation and goal-setting Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student progress Monitor and report outcomes, adapting interventions as needed Maintain compliance with state and district requirements This contract position offers consistent, full-time hours and a dynamic school environment where your skills will be valued.
