Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress toward goals Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans Provide recommendations, strategies, and resources for teachers and families to reinforce communication skills in the classroom and at home This contract assignment offers a dynamic environment where your expertise is valued and your contributions truly make a difference.
