Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Previous experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings is highly valued Ability to adapt instructional approaches to students with a wide range of communication needs Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students K12 Deliver group and individualized therapy sessions in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress Document intervention and update case notes timely and accurately Provide support and guidance to staff regarding best practices in communication disorders As part of this role, youll earn between $40 and $60 an hour and enjoy comprehensive healthcare benefits along with a 401(k) plan featuring company matching.
