School Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 School Year Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district in the Pulaski, Tennessee area to hire a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students strengthen their communication skills in a collaborative school environment. Interviews are being scheduled now! Position Details 2026-2027 School Year Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered) On-Site K-12 Caseload (specific assignment discussed during the interview) Zoom interviews available Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist License Hold or be eligible for a Tennessee Department of Education School Services Personnel License (or ability to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply if district-approved Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Benefits of Working with Soliant Competitive hourly pay, $52-$60/hour (based on experience) Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Weekly pay Guaranteed hours for both direct and indirect services Travel stipends available for eligible candidates Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment Interested in learning more or applying?
