Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to starting Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs will also be considered Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each students goals Deliver therapy sessions in individual and group settings in accordance with school schedules Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions, and collaborate with educators Provide guidance to teachers and families regarding communication strategies and classroom modifications Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to special education Experience the rewards of an enriching contract role while making a genuine impact within an educational community.
