Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Texas SLP license, in good standing Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) in elementary and/or high school settings Bilingual fluency in Spanish strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to supervise SLPAs and manage caseloads across more than one site Must complete or verify fingerprinting through the TEA (please allow up to 10 business days for processing)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, focusing on individualized needs and IEP goals Case manage assigned campus(es), ensuring compliance with district and state regulations Supervise SLP Assistants (SLPAs) and provide oversight as needed Travel between two campuses, providing services and consultation for both elementary and high school students Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and reports as required Participate in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings to support holistic student development This is a full-time, itinerant position with a MondayFriday schedule, offering a rich opportunity to develop your professional skills within a supportive educational network.
