Succeed:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Active SLP license in Texas (or eligibility for licensure). ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required. Previous experience in a school environment is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet student needs. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support academic progress. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines. Participate in meetings such as IEPs and contribute to developing educational strategies. Provide support and resources to staff and families regarding speech-language development.
