r43931-78130 Job Description ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in New Braunfels, TX to hire a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to provide speech and language services to a K-12 caseload while collaborating with educators and other school professionals to support student success.

Caseload:

High School Additional caseload and school assignment details will be discussed during the interview. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs and eligibility for services. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment data and student IEP goals. Provide direct speech-language therapy in individual and small group settings. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP records. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Follow district, state, and federal guidelines regarding service delivery and documentation. Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Previous school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
