Qualifications:

Masters degree from an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) State licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure in Texas Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs Deliver evidence-based therapy services in both group and individual settings Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements Collaborate closely with educators, school staff, and parents to support student progress and inclusion Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert advice to enhance student outcomes Provide consultation and training for teachers and staff regarding communication strategies and supports Promote a positive and encouraging environment that fosters growth for every learner Take your expertise, compassion, and drive for student success into a role where every day brings new opportunities to make a difference.
