•Please do not apply unless you have a teaching certificate at minimum and dyslexia training!•Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) to join our dynamic team of language specialists. In this vital role, you will provide expert intervention and support to individuals with language and literacy challenges. Your expertise will help foster communication skills that empower learners of all ages, from early intervention through school-aged populations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with and engage with families and make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through evidence-based therapy practices. Duties Implement individualized language therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on improving articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and literacy skills Deliver engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques aligned with best practices in language pathology Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive support strategies and consistent progress monitoring Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and session outcomes Educate families on language development milestones, home practice activities, and strategies for ongoing support outside of therapy sessions Skills Experience working with children in pediatrics or early intervention settings; familiarity with school environments is highly desirable Proven ability to design and implement effective language therapy plans for individuals with dyslexia or language disorders Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs across various age groups Join us as a Certified Academic Language Therapist if you are committed to transforming lives through expert communication support.
