Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Hold (or be eligible for) ASHA certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Previous experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children Understanding of IEP procedures and school-based therapy Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary education teams Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students and assist in specialized secondary units as needed Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write comprehensive assessment reports Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, parents, and support staff Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation of services Contribute to a positive, supportive educational environment for students with diverse needs
