ESS Clinical is immediatly hiring for Speech Language Pathologists for Katy ISD, Texas for Elementary Grade levels. Join our team for the 2026-2027 school year! Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Provisional State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (CF eligibility) A passion for working with children and making a lasting impact
W2 CF-SLP

Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under supervision Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support students' academic and social success Monitor student progress and adjust goals as needed with guidance Participate in IEP meetings and help maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines Join a team led by therapists who truly understand your journey.
