Qualifications/Experience Required:
Current Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain) SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates strongly encouraged Experience in school-based settings highly preferred Passion for helping elementary-aged students succeed Flexibility and enthusiasm for collaborating in a team environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy services across multiple elementary campuses Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students Collaborate with existing SLPs, special education staff, and teachers Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Communicate effectively with families and staff, supporting each child's unique journey
