Key Qualifications:

Current Speech-Language Pathologist license required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment for students of all backgrounds Ability to manage student records, assessments, and service documentation with accuracy and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to K-12 students Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements Administer assessments, track student progress, and document outcomes using evidence-based practices Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote communication development and academic success Attend and participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student goals Maintain detailed and accurate records that comply with school and professional standards Support diverse student needs in a culturally responsive manner
