r46477-78640 Job Description - - () , , A great school district in the Kyle, Texas area is now looking to hire multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 20262027 school year. Hays CISD currently has three full-time, onsite SLP openings supporting students across K12. The district is seeking qualified SLPs who are comfortable working in a school-based setting and collaborating with students, families, teachers, and other members of the educational team. Specific caseload sizes, grade-level assignments, and school-site details will be discussed directly during the interview. The district is ready to review candidates, so please apply today for immediate consideration! : Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and direct therapy services for students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs. Provide individual, group, and consultative speech-language services as appropriate. Support students with articulation, language, fluency, communication, and related needs. Develop and monitor appropriate IEP goals. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with members of the educational team. Maintain accurate therapy documentation, progress reports, and student records. Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other school-based professionals. Support students across K12 based on the districts assignment needs. : Previous school-based or pediatric Speech-Language Pathology experience preferred. Experience supporting K12 students is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite within a school district environment.
