Job Description

Step into a rewarding, full-time contract opportunity working directly with K-12 students in a supportive school environment. This in-person speech-language position runs for the entire 2026-2027 academic year and requires a skilled professional ready to make a meaningful impact across elementary, middle, and high school populations. Ideal candidates will bring strong clinical knowledge and a passion for working with children. Whether you're an experienced SLP-CCC, advancing through your Clinical Fellowship Year, or a licensed SLPA, your expertise will empower students to thrive in their educational journey.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred Familiarity with educational documentation and IEP processes Excellent collaboration and communication skills Comfortable providing direct therapy and consultation across K-12 grades
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPs Assess students' communication abilities, implement effective treatment plans, and monitor progress Maintain accurate records and develop clear, goal-oriented documentation Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary support teams Provide education and support to school staff regarding speech-language needs You'll have the chance to join a mission-driven school community for the 2026-2027 year, collaborating closely with a director who values your skills and input.
