Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Prior experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred Familiarity with both moderate and profound needs across K12 grade levels Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to develop and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy to students with diverse communication needs, ranging from moderate to profound severity Evaluate, diagnose, and create treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Provide support and consultative services as part of an interdisciplinary educational team Adjust caseloads as needed based on your experience and preferences Youll enjoy competitive weekly pay, with hourly rates between $40 and $60, comprehensive healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
