Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Imagine spending the academic year inspiring young learners and making a difference in a supportive school environment. This long-term contract opportunity in an elementary setting allows you to draw upon your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist and to become part of a collaborative educational community.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state SLP license or eligibility (including Clinical Fellow or CCC certification) Recent experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with students and families Comfortable handling a caseload of up to 65 students, ranging from early childhood through 5th grade
Your Role:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to elementary students Evaluate, diagnose, and manage speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families Maintain thorough progress documentation and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings Serve as a valuable resource and consultant to teachers, parents, and staff on student communication needs Work in-person, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, for the full 2026-2027 school year (August 4, 2026 - May 27, 2027) Focus your expertise on a single campus for consistency and continuity This contract position offers the opportunity to engage deeply with a diverse student population while sharing your bilingual Spanish skills.
