School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Job Overview:

Soliant is currently searching for multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, school-based opportunities near San Antonio, Texas. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment while making a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, student-focused professional with experience providing speech-language services in educational settings. Caseloads and assignments will vary based on campus needs.

School-Based Multiple Openings Available Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders. Conduct speech and language assessments, evaluations, and screenings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families. Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation. Support students in achieving academic, social, and communication goals. Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) when assigned. Ensure compliance with state, district, and federal special education regulations.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary educational team. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Why Join Our Team?
