Qualifications:

Valid SLP state license (or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome Strong background in pediatric or school-based speech therapy Effective communication and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students with a variety of speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in diverse elementary and/or secondary school settings Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver engaging therapy sessions individually or in small groups Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress monitoring to evaluate student outcomes Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and growth Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for program planning
