Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (CF or CCC-SLP) | $65K

•90K + Sign-On Bonus Role Overview A leading pediatric therapy organization is seeking a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) or CCC-SLP to join a collaborative team in Pearland, Texas. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, strong mentorship, and the ability to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families. Clinicians enjoy a supportive multidisciplinary environment with collaboration across Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health teams.

Schedule options include:

Traditional 5-day workweek Four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday Four 10-hour days Compensation & Benefits $65,000

•85,000 annually (CF-SLP to CCC-SLP) $68,000

•90,000 annually (Bilingual Spanish/English SLP)

Optional Pay-Per-Visit Model:

$50
