Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology is required Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based speech therapy Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among pediatric students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent student progress Document and track student progress in compliance with school and professional standards Advocate for students communication access and serve as a resource for staff and parents Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise as needed
