e2138-78660 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students communication and developmental needs in a dynamic school-based environment near Pflugerville, TX. This full-time, on-site position is suited for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about making a difference for pediatric populations. Whether youre in your Clinical Fellowship Year or have earned your ASHA CCC, your expertise is needed to help children achieve their highest potential. Travel candidates are also encouraged to apply and bring their talents to this engaging role.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders Deliver direct, evidence-based speech and language therapy to children and adolescents Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each students educational goals Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to optimize student outcomes Maintain professional development and stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
