Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students communication needs as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based environment near Pflugerville, TX. This opportunity allows you to cultivate students language and speech development while collaborating with a multidisciplinary educational team.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome Prior experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus Strong interpersonal skills to connect with students, educators, and families Ability to manage caseload, documentation, and IEP participation effectively Skilled in both individual and group therapy delivery
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Develop and implement customized therapy plans in accordance with each students IEP Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and small group settings Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech interventions into classroom activities Maintain timely and accurate records of progress, documentation, and compliance reports Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and support the development of IEP goals Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements within the field This contract position offers a dynamic, supportive work environment and the chance to make a measurable difference in students lives.
