Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact by helping students strengthen their communication skills. We are searching for two experienced, bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) to provide essential support across elementary campuses. This is a full-time, onsite contract position with a vibrant school community, lasting through early June 2027. You'll be part of a collaborative educational team, working directly with students who will benefit from your bilingual (English/Spanish) expertise and commitment.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Hold a current Texas Speech Language Pathologist state license (CCC required) Fluent in English and Spanish, able to provide bilingual services Minimum of one year of prior experience as an SLP in a school setting, with exposure to elementary age groups Self-contained classroom experience is a plus Proven ability to create and implement effective, individualized therapy plans Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in elementary grades, maintaining a student-focused approach Conduct assessments, develop and monitor student goals, and document progress effectively Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families on student needs and successes Support students in both general and self-contained classroom settings Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology, especially for bilingual/ELL learners
