Key Qualifications:
Holds current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Strong clinical experience in school-based settings preferred Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to various learning environments, whether working remotely, in-person, or in a hybrid capacity Dedication to fostering inclusive, student-centered interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver evidence-based therapy to students, adjusting strategies based on progress and feedback Maintain accurate records and reports according to district and state guidelines Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success across academic and social domains Stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development
