Key Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current, valid state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellows welcome to apply Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, but not required Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaborative teamwork

What Youll Do:

Deliver screening, assessment, and treatment for students with communication disorders in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and integration in the classroom Maintain timely documentation and accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards Engage in IEP meetings, contribute to intervention planning, and monitor student progress Educate staff and families about communication strategies to reinforce student success Provide direct and consultative services as needed, adapting your approach to meet diverse learners needs
