Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome. Experience with pediatric populations and familiarity with school-based services. Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to assess, create, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). Commitment to maintaining records, progress notes, and compliance with documentation standards.

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload across five days per week (37.5 hours). Conduct speech/language evaluations, generate reports, and participate in eligibility meetings. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in coordination with teachers and parents. Provide direct therapy, consultation, and in-service training as needed for staff. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reporting student progress and adapting strategies for maximum impact. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
