PRN Speech Language Pathologists Needed! At Synaptic Pediatric Therapies, we're on a mission to transform young lives through compassionate care, innovative treatments, and passionate therapists. We're looking for a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to work with our team to fill in for therapists on Leave from the end of July to November. Join our dynamic, supportive, and inspiring team today! What You'll Do as a Speech Language Pathologist As part of our caring SLP team, you will: Evaluate and treat diverse speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs. Develop individualized Plans of Care with tailored goals. Collaborate with families for skill carryover and resources. Stay current with professional development and evidence-based practices. Maintain documentation, adhering to requirements. Who You Are as a Speech Language Pathologist You're a compassionate and skilled SLP with: A Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. A valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA Certification (or a Clinical Fellow eager to grow). Experience (or passion to gain experience!) with various conditions: articulation, fluency, swallowing, and AAC. Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
