A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Qualifications and Skills:
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptable and efficient in managing changing schedules and student caseloadsResponsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and state standards Provide recommendations and resources to teachers and caregivers Consult and collaborate with school staff and fellow therapists to optimize student outcomes Travel between designated schools as needed This contract role offers the chance to work full-time hours (37.5 per week) in a supportive school environment where your skills make an immediate impact.
