Full-Time Occupational Therapist -

Skilled Nursing Facility Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately. Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams to coordinate care. Maintain licensure, follow ethical standards, and participate in quality improvement. Qualifications:

Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred. Current CPR certification. Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferred.
