Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered. Prior experience in pediatric settings, with a focus on school-aged or early childhood populations. Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills. Ability to communicate clearly with students, colleagues, and families. Openness to caseloads ranging from moderate to profound needs.
Core Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student outcomes. Maintain accurate records and progress reports. Engage in ongoing professional development and school activities.
