Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Virginia state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings Proficiency in individualized education plan (IEP) development and implementation Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to serving diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to students from elementary through high school (majority elementary) Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings Implement evidence-based therapy practices
