This full-time, contract role is ideal for professionals ready to make a meaningful impact in pediatric therapy across single or dual school assignments near Falls Church, VA. You'll collaborate with passionate educators, engage with diverse student caseloads, and help shape communication skills that will last a lifetime. What we're seeking: Current or eligible Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates Experience or enthusiasm for pediatric, school-based settings Familiarity with both individual and group therapy methods Commitment to documentation and compliance with IEPs and school procedures Adaptability for working in either single or multiple elementary school environments Excellent communication and teamwork skills Key responsibilities include: Providing direct speech and language therapy to elementary students Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and progress reports Attending IEP meetings and contributing to team decisions Supporting students across diverse backgrounds and needs Promoting inclusive communication strategies in the classroom In this role, you'll enjoy the variety of positions available and the chance to develop relationships within a vibrant school community.
