Position Summary VIGEO Home Health is hiring PRN Speech Therapists / Speech-Language Pathologists for skilled home health visits across Northern Virginia. Choose your territory, set your availability, and provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes with support from a growing interdisciplinary team. This is a PRN W-2 employee position with compensation processed through VIGEO payroll. Coverage Areas Current priority regions include Arlington, Falls Church, and McLean. Nearby Fairfax and Loudoun assignments may be considered based on patient need, clinician availability, and mutually agreed travel range. Choose your preferred service territory across Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, or nearby approved coverage areas. Assignments outside your agreed territory are offered only if you choose to accept them. • 150 per hour.

VIGEO uses a W-2 pay-per-visit model, not a guaranteed hourly schedule. Routine visits are commonly planned around 45-60 minutes, but actual time varies by visit type, patient needs, and documentation complexity. Pay may vary by visit type, including evaluations, reassessments, recertifications, resumptions of care, discharges, and follow-up visits. Final visit categories and rates will be reviewed before hire. What You'll Do Complete speech therapy evaluations, reassessments, resumptions of care, recertification visits, and discharge planning as ordered Provide skilled interventions focused on dysphagia, communication, cognition, swallowing safety, speech/language function, and patient independence Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical progress Educate patients and families on home programs, swallowing precautions, communication strategies, and safe carryover between visits Coordinate care with physicians, nursing, PT, OT, and clinical management Complete timely documentation according to Medicare home health standards and agency requirements Requirements Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Current CPR certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance Comfortable with at least 8 visits/month as PRN; weekend availability is optional unless separately agreed upon Ability to complete VIGEO onboarding, EMR training, competency validation, and required compliance training Strongly Preferred

ASHA CCC-SLP
