Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Accepting candidates with CCCs or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements in a school setting Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Strong organizational skills and adaptability to dynamic caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students with speech or language needs Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with students IEP goals Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and contribute to IEP meetings Utilize evidence-based practices to promote communication skills in academic and social settings Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students If you are an enthusiastic SLP eager to begin a rewarding school assignment in a supportive environment, this role is for you.
