Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license required Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with K-12 populations Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Ability to conduct speech, language, and swallowing assessments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and staff Capability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy methods to meet individual student needs

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-12 students Administer evaluations and interpret assessment data to develop targeted therapy plans Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided Partner with teachers and parents to create supportive communication strategies in the classroom and at home Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to ongoing staff development
