9591252-23666 Job Description Step into a dynamic educational environment as a Speech Language Pathologist, supporting students across a vibrant region in Virginia. Multiple contract positions are available for skilled SLPs eager to make a meaningful impact throughout the school year. Youll work closely with K-12 students, providing services in a diverse mix of public schools within the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area, including Chesapeake, Isle of Wight County, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Southampton County, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach.

Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid and current state licensure for Virginia (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered Strong ability to work with K-12 student populations Knowledge of IEP processes and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication skills with students, faculty, and families

Responsibilities Include:

Conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students Providing direct therapy services in accordance with student IEPs Collaborating closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support academic progress Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports Participating in eligibility meetings and IEP team discussions as necessary Managing a diverse caseload and rotating between assigned schools as needed This flexible contract role offers consistent, full-time hours7.33 hours per day, 5 days a weekfor the academic calendar.
