2026-2027 We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school district in Manassas, Virginia, for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with students across a K-12 setting while supporting licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in helping students achieve their communication goals.

K-12 district-wide Additional assignment details: Coming soon Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Implement treatment plans and therapy activities as directed by the supervising SLP. Document student progress and maintain accurate service records. Assist with therapy preparation, materials, and scheduling. Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success. Participate in team meetings and follow district and state guidelines for SLPA practice. Qualifications Current Virginia Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license or eligibility, as required by state regulations. Associate's or bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant studies, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field, as applicable. School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
