Key Qualifications:

Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Prior experience in K-12 or pediatric speech-language services is highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress Experience with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students requiring speech-language support Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that target students' specific needs Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, within school settings Maintain up-to-date documentation per district and legal guidelines Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and support students in achieving academic and social goals
