Qualifications:

Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Virginia (or eligibility) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Prior experience in a K-12 educational setting strongly preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication difficulties Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor student progress Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes Maintain documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and other school activities
