Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language pathology services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective communication strategies Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress Participate in team meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary planning, and provide insights for student development Support the creation of an inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth Provide direct therapy, develop goals, and implement intervention plans
Qualifications:
Current and valid Virginia SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience in school-based settings preferred Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering inclusive educational experiences
