Desired Qualifications:

Current Vermont SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly valued Experience in school settings preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with pediatric caseloads and teletherapy platforms is an advantage Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed Conduct speech/language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and provide goal-oriented recommendations
